CANCELLATION + RESCHEDULING WITHIN 24 HOURS
When committing to an appointment time, we hold that time for you in good faith, and trust that you have also held that time for us. To further assist with you keeping that appointment with us, we will send you a courtesy reminder of your appointment via SMS or email 2-3 days prior to your scheduled time. Please note that we strictly require a minimum 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us time to offer this appointment to someone that's on our waitlist.
If you do reschedule within 24 hours you will be required to pre-pay that appointment in full. If you reschedule within 24 hours again you will forfeit the full amount.
For our 30 minute Power Sessions, we give these sessions to you at no charge. If you reschedule within our terms, the session will be charged at $95.
Please note that any changes to Monday appointments need to be made by 12pm Saturday to allow us enough time to contact those on our waitlist.
No shows will need to pre pay the full amount of future bookings redeemable at the time of your appointment. Failing to show up will result in the full amount being forfeited.
OTHER BOOKING DEPOSITS
During peak times and treatments over an hour, you may be required to secure your booking with a deposit.
You will be advised at the time of booking if this is required.

Please arrive early to your appointment to ensure we start your appointment on time.
New clients are required to arrive 15 minutes early to ensure there is ample time to complete a New Client Consultation Form.
