BOOKING POLICY

 

CONFIRMING APPOINTMENTS

When committing to an appointment time, we hold that time for you in good faith, and trust that you have also held that time for us. To further assist with you keeping that appointment with us, we will send you a courtesy reminder of your appointment via SMS or email 2-3 days prior to your scheduled time. 

Please note that we strictly require a minimum 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us time to offer this appointment to someone that's on our waitlist. Any changes to Monday appointments need to be made by 12pm Saturday to allow us enough time to contact those on our waitlist.

BOOKING DEPOSITS

We require all appointments to be secured with a $50 deposit payable at the time of booking.

 

NO SHOWS 

Failing to show up will result in the full amount being forfeited and future appointments will require full prepayment.

 

running late

In the event that you are running late for your appointment, please notify the clinic immediately via phone 03 7012 8210.  

 

REFUND

If you require a refund on your booking deposit and have cancelled within the specified time - you are absolutely entitled receive your deposit bank. Please note that all refunds on booking deposits are subject to bank fees.
